Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing service to improve the quality of psychiatric nursing service quality and satisfaction of nursing effect.Methods:Combined with the actual situation of departments,increased the allocation of human resources,the implementation of APN scheduling,simplifying nursing instrument,revision of duties,the implementation group responsible for the system,and the humanistic care through patient always.Results:Through the development of high quality nursing service,patient satisfaction with nursing care and nursing service quality than before are significantly increased(P0.05).Conclusion:High-quality of nursing service work,to enable nurses to idea change,work into a more humanistic concern,to enhance nursing service quality has important significance.
