Abstract
Ten years practice on the 21st-century primary and middle-school curriculum reform shows that the key to success is in the hands of teachers.Normal university is the primary base for teachers to obtain training and continuing education then curriculum must be reformed.Good teacher can bring good education.The teaching reform of teacher education curriculum must be based on the characteristic of the curriculum.We should strongly advocate the learning concept of participation,process and performance are most important;and actively try the learning method of independent,cooperation and exploration;and boldly explore the new learning evaluation mechanism.Teachers and students can both make great progress by giving full play to students in learning and evaluation.
