Abstract
In this article, the author makes investigation on current situation of implementing national fitness program for 343 villages and towns from 11 cities in Zhejiang province. The result shows that the civil educational level has been greatly improved, social structure is multi-entity, social sports facility is severe shortage, sports consumption is not in conformity with economic income, community sports management are imperfect. It suggests that we should bring television and network into play, villages and towns' government should participate actively, reinforce propaganda and education of physical activity, encourages rural enterprises to participate sports industry operation.
