Construction of the Development Model about Community Sports in Small Towns of the South of Jiangsu Province

By the method of model construction and literature review,the paper researches on the guiding idea in the community sports development,principles,target system and content system of the development model in the small towns of south Jiangsu province.It is significant to accelerate the development pace of community sports in this region,narrow the gap between rural and urban areas in this region and promote the physical fitness level of the urban and rural citizens in this region and it also provides theoretical basis for the community sports development in the small towns of other regions in China.
