Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Vitamin C in Yugan Tablets.Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq C18 column(4.6mm× 250mm,5μm) was used as chromatographic column,the acetonitrile-0.1% octane sulfonate,0.1% oxalic acid solution(2∶98) was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.the detection wavelength was set at 249nm.Results The standard curves was linear in the rang of 0.103~0.414μg(r=-1.0000),the average recovery was 99.3%with a RSD of 1.3%.Conclusion The method is simple.accurate and reproducible,and is suitable for quality control of this tablets.
