Abstract
Objective To evaluate experience of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and treatment in intracranial aneurysm. Methods Cases with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) were performed by DSA.6 cases with 10 aneurysm were treated with endovascglar embolization. Results 6 patients with 10 aneurysms were cured.one aneurysm ruptured in this approach, the patient cured. Conclusion DSA is a reliable method for detection cases SAH.Endovascular embolizationto treat intracranial aneurysm is safe, reliable and effective.Interventional neuroradiology was useful for cerebrovascular disease.
