Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of DSA and interventional therapy for etiological diagnosis and treatment in subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods Totally 45 cases with SAH underwent DSA ,31 cases at equal pace underwent 3D-CTA among the 45 cases ,and 28 cases underwent interventional therapy for intracranial aneurysm. Analyze retrospectively the results of intracranial aneurysm detection by DSA and 3D-CTA in order to investigate which is better between DSA and 3D-CTA for etiological diagnosis in SAH; To investigate fit and unfit of interventional therapy in SAH with intracranial aneurysm. Results The intracranial aneurysm detection have no difference between DSA and 3D-CTA,P0.05. DSA is confirmed that it is better than 3D-CTA in displaying neck, size and shape for aneurysm, and position relationship with artery which cover aneurysm by procedure of interventional therapy. The prognosis of interventional therapy for 28 cases are better than that of expectant treatment for 18 cases,P0.05. Conclusion DSA is better than CTA in etiological diagnosis for SAH,and CTA is a good method for sieve intracranial aneurysm too,DSA is a no succedaneous method in SAH who want to etiological treatment; Interventional therapy is security and effective in SAH with intracranial aneurysm, can manifest decrease redisrupt and rehaemorrhagia and improve prognosis.
