Abstract
The methods and effect factors of plantlet regeneration from leaves in vitro culture of Dichondra repens Forst.were studied on different growth regulator combinations and different media. The results indicated that the kinds of growth regulator combinations had no significant effect on callus induction, the range of induction rate is 90% to 100%;It showed the optimal medium which could induce callus was MS medium and B5 medium;A mass of callus were induced from leaves in vitro culture on MS medium contained 2mg/L 6-BA,and then transferred to B5 medium supplemented with 1.5mg/L 6-BA,0.5mg/L ZT and 0.2mg/L α-NAA for regenerating, the differentiation rate is up to 20%.
