Abstract
Under the existing mechanism of cultivated land preservation dominated by administrative and legal means,farmers lack the inner motivation of cultivated land preservation.This paper considers that it needs to implement economic compensation for cultivated land,and to construct a long term economic compensation mechanism of cultivated land preservation step by step,which is the fundamental solution to the problem of low comparative benefit of agricultural use of cultivated land,in order to arouse the enthusiasm of farmers and to preserve cultivated land effectively.Through some domestic cases studies,this paper puts forward several suggestions to improve the economic compen-sation for cultivated land.
