Reconstruction of cultivated land utilization benefit system and economic compensation mechanism of cultivated land protection.

Abstract
Cultivated land utiliztion benefit system is constructed based on multifunction and action to the socioeconomic development of cultivated land,which is composed of economic benefit,social and ecological benefit.Then the conversion mechanism of cultivated land is analyzed based on the externality of cultivated land utilization social and ecological benefit.The results show that its externality is the most crucial reason of cultivated land conversion,and the compensation mechanism can restrain effectively the conversion of cultivated land.At last,the economic compensation mechanism and system of cultivated land protection including internal compensation and interregional compensation are constructed to prtotect cultivated land.
