Abstract

In this paper, the extraction of proanthocyandins from defatted grape seeds was studied. The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as the following:the temperature was 30℃,the concentration of ethanol 60%,pH value is 5.0,the rate of solvent to material is 20:1,extraction time is 30min twice. The extraction yield is up to 96.26% and the purity of the product is 52.64%.
