Analysis of adverse drug raction:on 262 cases report

Abstract
Objective To explore the factirs,general rule and characteristics of adverse drug raction(ADR) and evaluate the quality of ADR reports in order to promote clinic rational safe drug use and improve the quality of ADR monitoring.Methods Analyzed ADR patients' age and sex,drug kinds,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations,ADR report quality etc of 262 cases ADR.Results ADR-involving drugs totaled 84 kinds,of which antiinfective agents occupied the first place,followed by Chinese traditional medicines;247(94.27%) cases ADR were induced by intravenous rorte;ADR occurred temically and were characterized predominantly by allergic reactions of skin and its appendants,there were 179 cases(66.54%);234 cases(89.31%) were common ADR,while 19 cases(7.25%) were new but common ADR,while 9 cases(3.44%) were new severe ADR;ADR reporting quantity remained to be enhanced.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen ADR monitoring and publicizing of ADR-related knowledge to guide the clinical rational use of drugs and reduce the repetitive currence of ADR.
