This paper deals with the particularity of college foreign language teaching;a performance evaluation system of college foreign language teachers is proposed.Three questions are answered in this paper: What is the performance evaluation of college foreign language teachers? Why do college foreign teachers need an evaluation system? How can a performance evaluation system be designed for college foreign teachers?
