Exploration on the Quality Promotion of Rural Female Cadres in the Context of Urban-rural Integration——Taking Chongqing as an Example

According to the work tasks of rural women cadres,this article proposed the capability and competency which rural women cadres need on the background of urban-rural integration.Then this article suggested improving the overall quality of rural female cadres through external aid and internal effect.
