Research on the Training of Rural Women Cadres under the Background of Urban-rural Integration in Chongqing

At present,the rural women labor forces accounted for over 65% percent out of those total labor forces in Chongqing,and they became the most important power in the new rural construction.Rural female cadres were one of the most representatives and positive power in the women labor forces.There were still many problems in training of rural women cadres in Chongqing,such as: lack of relative policy,fettered by traditional concept,development barrier of the real life,and lack of planning of self-occupation career,etc.Thus,some suggestions were put forward.They were as follows: work out system for rural women cadres selecting,develop all kinds of activities,help them to get rid of traditional concept,built up good social guarantee system,solve the double pressure,and set up the planning for self-occupation career,etc.
