Study on the Quality of the Rural Cadres in the Less Developed Areas——Investigation and Analysis of the Quality of the Rural Cadres in Tongren Prefecture

In the less developed areas of west China,the construction of the basic organization has achieved greatly,the structure of the rural cadre group has also been improved.However,the general quality of the rural cadres remains low,which does not fit the work of the Communist Party in the new era.Therefore effective measures should be taken in order to develop the mechanism as well as to improve the leadership and training,so that the rural cadres are able to work effectively in the construction of the new socialist countryside.
