Abstract

Watermelon as the raw material extraction and use of the nature of lycopene soluble organic solvents. for the identification of lycopene extracted factors, a single-factor test and experiment with orthogonal contrast, The results showed: mixed solution of petroleum ether - acetone 1:6 as the extraction solvent, raw materials and solvents at a ratio of 1:8, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, extraction time 70 min, extracts of pH 6 extraction conditions can be extracted to achieve the best effect.
