Abstract
Objectives To study the effects of PROM on pregnant and infant. Methods The data of 2918 cases of pregnancy lying women were analyzed. Results The cases of PROM were 397, making up 13.6%. The frequency of infections were 14 cases, making up 3.53%, most of those were genital infection(34.2%). The rate of dystocin of PROM cases were 56%. The rate of infant infection were 3.02%, most of those were lower respiratory tract infection(52.13%). Conclusions PROM is high risk factors of pregnancy and infant infection.
