Abstract

Objective To study the relationship betweet PROM and prenatal complications. Methods Eight hundred and thirty-seven cases of lying-in women without pregnant complications and other diseases were analyzed, including 186 cases of PROM,651 cases of Not-PROM as control. Results The rates of asphyxiat and pneumonia of newborns.in PROM were higher significantly than those of control. There was no statistical difference between the fregnency of Postpartum infections of PROM and that of control. Conclusions Patients of PROM with different week of pregnancy should be treated with different Methods to decrease the prenatal complications.
