Abstract
Objective Clinical data of neonatal asphyxia by naloxone treatment, the effects of different dose naloxone in efficacy in the treatment of asphyxia of newborn. Methods 180 cases of newborns in our hospital from 2012 January to 2015 January were asphyxia, divided into high dose group and low dose group with 90 cases in each group, the high dose group on the basis of the conventional treatment, naloxone injection in the treatment of more than 1.0mg/kg of children with low dose group, injection therapy in less than 1.0mg/kg naloxone, and adverse reactions were observed in children with the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The effective rate of 91.11% in the high dose group, low dose group, the effective rate was 77.78%, the difference was significant, with statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion High dose of naloxone in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia, can effectively improve the symptoms of children with asphyxia.
