Abstract
p46 000 recombinant antigen of Trichinella spiralis was used in ELISA to detect anti-p46 000 antibody of mice infected with T. spiralis. The results showed that the antibody in mice infected with 200 muscle larvae per mice could be detected by T. spiralis muscle excretory-secretory (ES) antigen on 9 d and reached the peak from 35 to 42 d. When p46 000 recombinant antigen was used, the antibody against p46 000 could be detected on 10 d and maintained at a high level until 117 d, the response regulation of anti-p46 000 antibody was similar to that of anti-ES antibody.
