Abstract
[Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of transcatheter arterial embolization with pingyangmycin-lipiodol of hepatic hemangioma. [Methods] After super-selective hepatic arterial, PLE was injected into the tumor through the catheter, judge the effect by CT examination after 6 months. [Results] The tumor volume significantly decreased after embolization (P 0.01), and no obvious complication were found. [Conclusion] Hepatic arterial embolization with PLE is an effective and safe method in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma.
