Abstract
To establish the quantitative analysis of hyperoside and isoquercitrin by RP-HPLC. Methods:The determination of hyperoside and isoquercitrin was conducted by RP-HPLC using a YMC-C_(18) (4.6mm×150 mm,5μm)column.The mobile phase was 0.5% acetic acid solution-acetonitrile-methanol (82:12:6)with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min~(-1),the detection wavelength was 360 nm,and the column temperature was set at 30℃.Results:In HPLC analysis, the linear ranges of hyperoside and isoquercitrin were 0.0684-0.684 μg and 0.0324-0.162μg,respectively;their average recoveries were 100.7%(RSD=1.5%)and 101.4% (RSD=2.9%),respectively.Conclusion:The established method can be used to determine the contents of hypero- side and isoquercitrin in hawthorn fruits simultaneously.
