Effect of Gastrodin Injection on Vertebrobasilar Ischemia

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of gastrodin injection on vertebrobasilar ischemia.Methods Sixty cases of vertebrobasilar ischemia in our hospital from March in 2009 to Jan in 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received complex danshen injection,and the observation group received gastrodin injection,and the effects of both was evaluated.Results The VA and BA in the two group after treatment were superior to those before treatment,with a significant difference(P0.05).The VA and BA in the observation group after treatment were superior to those in control group,with a significant difference(P0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observe group and 73.33% in the control group,with a significant difference(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse drug reaction between the two groups.Conclusion The effect of gastrodin injection on vertebrobasilar ischemia is obvious,worthy to being used.
