Effect of comprehensive intervention on essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the effect of the community-based intervention on blood pressure control among essential hypertensive patients,the development of intervention strategies for community and the establishment of a science intervention programs.Methods Selected 50 cases of patients with hypertension filing in the community from June 2010 to June 2011,25 patients were randomly divided into intervention and control groups.To create a profile,carry out health talks,expert advice and other forms of hypertension education and guidance eating habits,and movement behavior of the community intervention.After a period of one year,to evaluate the effects of blood pressure and target organ on two groups of patients in the intervention.Results Community health education,the intervention group was significantly lower than in the stable control of blood pressure and organ in the control group,to take the effects of community interventions in hypertensive patients with blood pressure control than non-intervention group(P0.05).Conclusion Hypertensive patients with community-based intervention help to establish a good lifestyle,and enhance medication compliance rate,the better the stability of the control of blood pressure to prevent cardiovascular disease.
