Abstract

Objective:To investigate clinical distribution of deep fungal infection and susceptibility of antifungal drugs in Quzhou People's hospital and provide evidences for clinical treatment. Methods:The fungi were cultured, isolated, identified and the drug sensitivity was tested with five antifungal drugs. Results:Among 1979 strains of fungi,Candida albicans accounted for 66.4%,followed by Candida tropicalis 13.9% and Candida glabrata 13.1%.The clinical departments with higher infective rate were Department of Respiratory Disease,Department of ICU and Department of Brain Surgery.Antifungal susceptibility test result showed that different candida had different sensitivities to Antifungal drugs. The sensitive rates of Candida albicans and Candida parapsilosis to five kinds of antifungus drugs were higher than other fungus. Conclusion:Candida albicans was the main fungus in clinical distribution. It is necessary to strengthen fungi detection in order to choose reasonable antifungal drugs.
