Abstract
HAT-096 catalyst,a catalyst for disproportionation and transalkylation of toluene and C_9 aromatics, was tested on lab-scale apparatus under the following condition: WHSV 1.7-2.0 h~(-1),(3.0 MPa),n(hydrogen)∶n[WTBZ](hydrocarbons)=6∶1.Conversion and selectivity remained over 48% and 94%,respectively,after 1 000 h of test.A 72-hour examination test was carried out at WHSV(1.6 h~(-1)) after 9 months of commercial run on a 210 kt·a~(-1) plant, with average conversion of 48% and selectivity of over 95%.The catalyst has been in operation since 1998 without regeneration, which means that it has good activity stability and is suitable for long-term operation.
