Abstract
Guangxi's academies began in Southern Song Dynasty,during which the Neo-Confucianism became mature and finally dominated.With Song Dynasty's migration to the south,many specialists of Neo-Confucianism entered Guangxi,participating in the establishment of academies in different ways,and inheriting the tenet of Neo-Confucianism on the educational purpose and the mode of talents training,thus making Guangxi's academies during Southern Song Dynasty capture distinctive Neo-Confucianist characteristics.
