Construction of Appraisal Index System of Comprehensive Agricultural Water-Saving Benefits

Abstract

Based on current condition of agricultural water-saving in China,the principles and methods for the establishment of the appraisal index set are put forward through integration of qualitative and quantitative methods.The appraisal index set includes comprehensive benefits of agricultural water-saving,such as economic,social and environmental benefits.Each index of the system is interpreted.The index system established has the practical reference value for overall analysis and evaluation of agricultural water-saving projects.
