Abstract

The conception for the future development of tourist human resources in Shiyan city is as follows: developing tourist human resources with the assistance of governmental preferential policies,strengthening comprehensive training of personnel engaged in tourism,perfecting tourism specialty educational system in colleges and universities,establishing a reasonable salary and welfare system and so on.
