Curative effects observation of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside in treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To obverse the effect of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Clinical material of 80 cases of chronic heart failure patients from heart medicine department in our hospital from February 2009 to September 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.The control group of 32 cases was given the conventional treatment for heart failure,the treatment group of 48 cases was added dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside by trace pump based on the control group,treatment effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results The blood pressure of two groups after treatment had no obvious difference(P 0.05),the heart rate and breathing of two groups had significant difference(P 0.05).In the treatment group,there were 20 cases(41.7%) of excellent,effective of 26 cases(54.2%),invalid of 2 cases(4.1%),the total effective rate was 95.8%;in the control group,there were 0 case of excellent,effective of 5 cases(15.6%),invalid of 27 cases(84.4%),the total effective rate was 15.6%;the curative effect of two groups had significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside in treatment of chronic heart failure can effectively improve cardiac function,and reduce the time of hospitalization.
