The clinical effect analysis of Sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of acute left heart failure

Objective To investigate clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods All of 70 cases patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups were given conventional treatment,the treatment group patients on the base of routine treatment with sodium nitroprusside treatment.And the clinical symptoms,blood pressure,heart rate,B type natriuretic peptide and other indicators of improvement were compared before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 92.6%,and it was significantly higher than the control group(67.8%).Before treatment in two groups of patients with various parameters had no obvious difference,after treatment,patients in the treatment group improved indicators were better than the control group.Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside can significantly improve,clinical symptoms in acute left heart failure patients effectively reduce the mortality of patients with acute left heart failure.
