Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing model in patients underwent outpatient operation.Methods:240 patients undergoing outpatient operation were randomly divided into two groups,the experiment group(n=120)intervened with comfortable nursing model and control group(n=120)with conventional nursing model.The preoperative anxiety,blood pressure and heart rate during operation,post-operatiive sycncope and nursing satisfactory rate of tow groups were observed.Results:The experiment group showed lower preoperative anxiety level,systematic pressure,heart rate,post-operatiive sycncope and higher nursing satisfactory rate than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing model can improve the nursing quality of patients undergoing outpatient operation obviously.
