Effect observation of comfortable nursing applied to surgical operation on outpatients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing applied to surgical operation on outpatients. Methods The operation patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2010 to June 2013, 300 cases of outpatients surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each were 150 cases. The control group were given conventional nursing, and observation group were given comfortable nursing. 2 groups were observed in the pulse, blood pressure change degree and anxiety, tension, fear of difference degree, the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results In observation group, after the comfortable nursing, pulse [(89.9±2.4) times/min], blood pressure [(13.33±2.13) kPa] of observation group were better than these [pulse(101.6±6.3)times/min,blood pressure(15.76±4.56) kPa] of control group 150 patients after conventional nursing, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). The patients' anxiety, tension, fear levels were better than these of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing on outpatient operation can significantly reduce blood pressure, pulse wave, effectively ease the tension of patients, it is beneficial to the recovery of postoperative.
