Evaluation on the Effect of Application of Comfort Nursing Care in the Operation Room

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in nursing operation room.Method:232 cases selective operation patients were selected from August 2013 to November 2013 in our hospital as the research object,according to the sequence of operation were randomly divided into the observation group(n=116) and the control group(n=116).The control group received conventional nursing,the observation group received comfort nursing.The vital signs,HAMA anxiety scores,comfort scores before and after operation in the operation room,operation cooperation and nursing were compared.Result:The heart rate systolic and diastolic blood pressure in postoperative were significantly increased than per-operation,HAMA score decreased significantly,and the data of observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Intraoperative total comfortable rate of observation group was 94.0%(109/116),nursing comfortable rate was 100%,the operation total combined rate was 92.2%(107/116),significantly higher than the control group's 66.4%(77/116),83.6%(97/116) and 60.3%(70/116),the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Combined with the application of related concept of comfortable nursing in operation room nursing,help to improve the nursing effect,enhance the operation side effect,is worth of promoting.
