Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of Tripterygium wilfordii dilayer tablet on the acute inflammatory of rats. Methods: The paw swelling induced by agar in rats was made to form the model of acute inflanmatory and the inhibitions of acute inflammatory of Triperygium Wilfordii dilayer tablet were observed. Results: Compared with blank contrasts, the middle and high dose group with Tripterygium wilfordii dilayer tablet can significantly inhibite the edema caused by agar(P 0.01),and it was also showed that the inhibitions effect of the high dose group were greater than that of Tripterygium wilfordii tablet group(P 0.05). Conclusion: The result of this experiment indicates that Tripterygium wilfordii dilayer tablet is better than Tripterygium wilfordii tablet on the inhibitions of acute inflammatory.
