Effect of perioperative nursing intervention for 33 cases patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods ALL 66 cases with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital according to the random number table were randomly divided into intervention group (n=33,the implementation of the perioperative nursing intervention) and control group (n=33,according to his physicians were randomly symptomatic care),indicators and complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time,the mean bleeding amount,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative passage of flatus and postoperative hospital stay of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group.The incidence of complications of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group (P 0.05).Nursing satisfaction of intervention group was better than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy implementation of perioperative nursing interventions can shorten the operative time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
