The Perioperative Nursing and Observation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing and observation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 118 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group(n=59) and control group(n=59),the traditional nursing given to the former,the latter on the basis of the traditional nursing given psychological care.Results Response rate of anxiety(91.5%) and satisfactory degree(94.9%) in observation group(72.9%,74.6%) were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Make a full assessment of the preoperative,close coordination in operation,Close observation with postoperative patient,and to enhance observation and treatment of postoperative complications,to improve the effect of surgery has an important role.which raise an important role in surgery.
