Probe into the effect of climical nursing path on laparoscopic surgery cystic and calculous patients′ survival quality

Objective: To explore the nursing intervention on peri-operation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of cholelithiasis in patients with postoperative quality of life.Methods:The hospital treated 328 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group trip around operation period nursing intervention,control group received routine nursing during operation period.Results:The two groups of patients received nursing in the late HAMD and HAMA,compard have the obvious difference(P0.05);patients in the experimental group appeared in the percentage of complications was significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05);patients in the experimental group on postoperative rehabilitation of confidence was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Gallstone patients with nursing intervention can effectively reduce psychological pressure,improv survival in patients after treatment,improve the patients prognosis.
