Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in chocolate cyst removed. Methods 101 patients with chocolate cysts need laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the laparoscopic group(51 cases) and open surgery group(50 cases). Two groups were compared postoperative and follow-up indicators. Results The laparoscopic group was significantly lower than the laparotomy group in the operative time, blood loss, postoperative discharge time, postoperative morbidity, hospital stay and postoperative remission rates and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The recurrence rate compared to no statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic is better than open surgery, with less trauma, less bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, etc,is an ideal surgical method,it is worth promoting.
