Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) in human cervical squamous carcinoma tissues and cervical adenocarcinoma tissues. Methods Immunohistochemistry method detection was performed with a special anti p65 monoclonal antibody in 64 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma tissues,6 cases of adenocarcinoma tissues,11 case of cervical intracpithelial neoplasia,16 case of cervicitis. Results NF-κB p65 positive expression rate in cervical squamous carcinomas tissues and cervical adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in CIN tissues and cervitics. NF-κB p65 positive expression rate in carcinoma was correlated to lymphatic metastasis of the transportation carcinoma. Conclusion NF-κB p65 in cervical carcinoma may play an important role in the development of cervical carcinoma.
