Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of NF-κB in the pathogenesis of cervical squmous cancer. Methods The expression of the NF-κB p50,NF-κB p65 were examined by real time RT-PCR and immunohistochemical assay in 30 specimens of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue and 30 specimens of normal cervical tissue. Results The mRNA expression and proteion positive rate of NF-κB p50,NF-κB p65 in cervical squmous ceu carcinoma were both higher that in the normal cervical tissues(P0.01).Conclusion NF-κB is a new tumor gene related to cervical comcer, and hopeful to become a new treatment target.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
