Abstract

Objective To explore the immunophenoytpe of acute promyelocytic leukemia. Methods Immunophenotype was examined by three-color flow cytometry in bone marrow of 31 patients with AML-M3 of FAB.Results CD13 and CD33 were expressed in all 33 patients(100%).CD34 and HLA-DR were expressed in 2 of 33(3.0%) and CD117 were expressed in 21 of 33(63.6%).Conclusion CD45/SSC door in three-color flow cytometry can classify effectively naive cells from normal cells and specifically analyze he naive cell. This method can improve diagnositic accuracy of immunophenoytpe in acute promyelocytic leukemia.
