Abstract

ObjectiveTo study the impact factors of acute lung injury(ALI) complicating acute pancreatitis(AP). MethodsTwo hundred and thirty patients with acute pancreatitis were analyzed to study the impact of the clinical kinds and systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS).At the same time, the relationship of acute pancreatitis with ALI and prognosis was also studied. ResultsIt is showed that the clinical kinds and the incidence of SIRS are significantly related to the incidence of ALI(P0.001).The incidence of ALI impacted prognosis. The difference is significant. ConclusionThe clinical kinds and incidence of SIRS or no SIRS is very important with the incidence of ALI complicating AP. And ALI impacts the prognosis.
