Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of plasma radiofrequercy surgery in nasopharynx for the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.Method:25 secretory otitis media children(49ears) who had secretory otitis media were treated by surgery using the plasma radiofrequercy in nosepherageal.Resolts:During a follow-up of 6 months to 2 years,24 childern were cured,1 hade no healed.There was no complication.Conclusion:Utilizing plasm radiofrequency in nasopharynx had the advantages of direct and clear view of surgical area.It is easy to operate and high safety,obvious curative effect.
