Clinical analysis on effect of treatment of combined therapy among 60 children with secretory otitis media

Abstract

Objective To explore effective treatment method for secretory otitis media among children patients.Methods A retrospective study was made among 60 children(96 ears) with secretory otitis media treated by combined therapy.Results Of the 96 ears,76(79.2%) showed clinical cure,12(12.5%) improvement,and 8(8.3%) inefficacy.The total effective rate was 91.7%.Conclusion Combined therapy is an effective treatment method for secretory otitis media among children patients.
