Abstract
Objective:To explore the continue nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease intervention effect,for clinical reference.Methods:Selected from March 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital 105 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the research object,they were randomly divided into group A with 52 cases and group B with 53 cases.Group A patients received conventional nursing,group B patients accepted continuing nursing.Compared two groups of patients' emotional state,the incidence of nursing risk events.Results:Patients in group B with anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of group A(P 0.05),the nursing risk events were also lower than those in group A(P 0.05).Conclusion:In clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the process of implementation of continuing care,emotional state,help to improve the patients to avoid or reduce nursing risk events,positive clinical significance to promote patient recovery.
