Observation of effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on early diabetes foot with infrared thermograph

[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on early diabetic foot.[Methods] sixty patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases),and control group(29 cases).The patients in control group were treated with basic therapy and in treatment group with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction based on the basic therapy.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The observed indicators were the efficacy criteria of diabetic foot gangrene and change of temperature difference thermograph in foot.[Results] The total effective rate was 92.0% and 73.9% in treatment and control group respectively.There was significant difference of therapeutic effect and infrared thermograph between both groups(P 0.05).Through the theory of that stasis created dampness and turbid,longterm disease had more stasis,stasis could obstruct Qi,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could treat early diabetic foot with good effect.[Conclusion] The effect of the basic treatment with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on diabetic foot is better than western medicine.
