Clinical Observation on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Treating Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease Methods:168 patients with coronary heart disease,in accordance with the coin toss were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group and the control group 84 cases in each group.In the observation group,besides western medicine treatment,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction was used.In the control group,besides western medicine,placebo Chinese medicine was used.Results:In the observation group,the overall level of efficacy and electrocardiographic effects were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Dyslipidemia and myocardial enzyme spectrum index of patients in two groups after treatment are improved,but those of observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treating patients with coronary artery disease has better clinical curative effect than western medicine,and the side effect is few,it should be recommended for clinical use.
