Clinical observation of Shexiangbaoxin pills in treating 72 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris

Objective:To investigate the treatment of shexiangbaoxin pills value of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:Collecting from January 2008 to March 2009 72 patients with angina pectoris,and randomly divided them into two groups,control group for 36 cases,given conventional Western medicine,each isosorbide dinitrate 10 mg,3 times a day;Observe group in conventional therapy plus treatment,and added shexiangbaoxin pills,three pills each time,3 times a day,the two groups were observed two weeks after the electrocardiogram,angina,improvement in clinical symptoms.Results:The observation group to improve the efficiency of angina for 86.11%,63.89% in control group to observe the group for improving the efficiency of ECG was 91.67%,72.22% in control group,two groups were significantly different statistically significant(P0.05) ,the effect of observe group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Shexiangbaoxin pills treatment of angina pectoris have a more satisfactory clinical efficacy,and no obvious side effects,it is worth to promote grass-roots hospitals.
